We provide incentives and group leader training. Join us!
It’s easy to create your own group! You can start a group anywhere in Travis County. You choose when, where, and how often you meet, and what you do. Not in a group? No problem! You can still participate. Learn more about being a group leader or participating as an individual here.
Yoga Beginners Series
The Yoga Beginners Series is an 8-week series (1 class per week). It’s for true beginners who think they are not flexible or may have never tried yoga before.
