Walk TX and More 10-Week Challenge
In this free, 10-Week Challenge, you can earn points for any physical activity, not just walking. We provide assistance getting started, weekly educational emails, and incentives (all optional).
Yoga Beginners Series
The Yoga Beginners Series is an 8-week series (1 class per week). It’s for true beginners who think they are not flexible or may have never tried yoga before.
