Your Health, Your Choices. Soda

It’s Your Health, Your Choice. Choose what’s best for your family. Choose water over sugary drinks.

Who’s ready to lose weight quickly & easily?

If you’re like most people, you’ve probably heard of all sorts of diets promising to help you lose weight without much effort. The truth is, your body works on a balancing equation of energy in versus energy out. Simply stated, if you want to lose weight you must consume less calories (energy in) than your body uses (energy out).

But what if you have already looked closely at the foods you are eating? Most often, people talk about their foods when they are looking to lose weight and forget to look at the beverages they drink. By simply switching out your daily sugary drink for water, the average person can lose up to 15 pounds in one year.

Check out our tips for drinking less sugar, healthy drink recipes, take the pledge to drink more water and start to Rethink your Drink!
