Diabetes Prevention

Small changes in your lifestyle can lead to preventing and delaying the onset of prediabetes. Losing a small amount of weight and getting more physically active can decrease your risk for diabetes.

Ready to see where you stand? Take the 1-minute prediabetes risk test. If your score shows your risk is high, visit your doctor for a simple blood test to confirm your result.

Find your risk of Prediabetes

Having prediabetes greatly increases the chance of developing type 2 diabetes and other serious health conditions. A person with a high score on the online risk test (5 or higher) is at significant risk for having prediabetes.
